McDonald's in Munich

Very fast service.

You could only pay by card. Tables were not clean :(

Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I have just ordered a refreshing Sprite, but unfortunately found that the Sprite tastes more like water than Sprite. Unfortunately I cannot explain why this is the case, hence the bad rating.

Food is just not good in the long run. to much fat .

If you forget something when ordering, there is usually a deduction for the B-Note. The cashier was very, very nice and apologized, there is still the food: Chicken Cheese Box and a large vanilla shake. Chicken nuggets are great as always, but these indefinable, triangular nacho things with a slightly spicy cheese filling were rather disappointing. The taste composition was nothing and the taste itself was pretty negligible (except for a burning). Five for the service, three for the food and five for the atmosphere, a total of 4⅓ so 4 out of 5.

great place to go to, to get take out fast food in the middle of the night! by daylight one of the more prettier McDonalds as it has big windows that let in a lot light and a gallery

We ordered at the terminal, we redeemed a couple of voucher codes, we didn't wait long for our order, the order was brought to our table. I ate a Maribor that tasted very good.

I ordered a fish sandwich without the tartar sauce. They got that right, but I also didn’t get a bottom bun.

The McCafe on the 2nd floor is cool, woth nice seating after a hard day shopping in the Karlsplatz..

Only bad. Got a stale cola and super dry chicken nuggets at 9 in the evening. The service was more than just unfriendly. I will definitely never eat here again!

Order received incorrectly and after 10 attempts I still have not received what I ordered! The bill was thrown away by the waitress and so I couldn't understand what I paid for at all

Mc Donalds is generally not recommended. From an environmental point of view, the "Schachtelwirt" is a total disaster. Plastic, packaging waste, meat from factory farming ... It would be nice for more people to think about it. Of course, this also applies to other fast food chains.

Fast and friendly service at the cash registers. Classical assortment as with every McDonalds. The possibility to be on the 1st or 2nd floor is really great. You will find the McCafe on the 2nd floor. Find a place by the window and watch the hustle and bustle on the Stachus.

Salad spoiled, worst place I have ever had to be. Not nice at all.

Literally the worst MC Donalds I've been to in various different countries. Lettuce is rotten, milkshake is plain sugar and a banana milkshake turned into oversugared vanilla. It literally is that all other kitchens are closed at such an early hour, if you can eat at nornal times, go for that and not this

An inconspicuous restaurant in downtown Munich. The concept is that you place your order at a long counter and, after receiving your meal, take a comfortable seat on one of the three floors to enjoy your meal. The offer includes fried chicken, hamburgers and french fries, but also salads and much more. Very nice idea, which should certainly still have development potential. Please more of it in Germany.

Small snack break at mcdo. A good little Bigmac before resuming the visit of the city. Too bad, cleanliness is not always at the rendezvous in the toilets if Madame Pee is absent (like many establishments of this style unfortunately).

Extraordinary chicken tenders but small, noisy, old-fashioned interior, no terminals, paid toilets even if you consume (unheard of ??????). Unhelpful and rude staff. We order, already we did not get along, the person takes our order badly and blames us when we ask ...! All the forgotten sauces too. Frankly not great.

Tripped easily with my tablet in my hands. My drink fell on the floor. The friendly service at the food counter immediately got me a free replacement. Very nice! I'm lovin 'it! ?

Bad McDonald's staff forgets a lot to check your order. I also miss the order kiosks.

It’s a McDonalds, in a city. It’s busy, can be a little dirty (because it is so busy) but they have lots of staff clearing up often. Nice that it’s split over three different levels and the McCafe is right at the top, this splits up the crowds a little bit. If you right upstairs there are some lovely windows seats with views out over the fountain.

It's ok

It is usually crowded and dirty. The good thing is that they open late or even 24 hours... something that is almost impossible to find in Munich. It’s a McDonald’s so nothing much I can say.

Making my double cheeseburger without gloves. The burger went into the trash immediately. Pay for what.

Cool place

McDonalds server tried to cheat me. I ordered one big strawberry milkshake with raspberry sauce. I got one small vanilla milkshake with raspberry sauce. After complaining about it, the server furiously made a new one for me, but again, VANILLA, NOT STRAWBERRY!! this time big tho, so I accepted it.

Friendly staff!

Best McDonalds so far, Big tasty bacon, very huge and moist burger. Only minus is that toilets have to pay...

I recommend getting a late-night coffee, sitting back and enjoying the show. This McDonalds is home to post party goers, who are looking to order a meal before hitting bed. The lit youths are a sight that you shouldn't miss if you're around. Food is normal McDs. Also this place has actual security.

Mc Donald's servers tried to cheat me. I ordered many Doublechickenburgers but the servers gave me a simple Chickenburger. I went back to them and they finally gave me the Doublechickenburgers but didn't apologized. Instead they made as if I was a beggar. They also cheated my friends and on our total order and on the receipt, we weren't able to check exactly what we bought because they didn't include everything on it. I'm deceived. They are thieves. Mc Donald's check well your servers !!

Plenty of seating over multiple levels, plenty of staff so no waiting and friendly too. Low points for no wifi.

Clean and well staffed McDonald's. The burgers were all dried up with no onion, ketchup, etc

The guy guarding the toilet is definitely not friendly. The food and the store are regular. I'd say there are other better options in the same area.
